Fresh Milks

“One of the oldest foods known to man”

Milk has been consumed by mankind since the Neolithic Revolution circa 9000BC. So much has it been part of human culture that it has even become part of our everyday language.

The milk of human kindness
Don’t cry over spilt milk
Milk it for what it’s worth

Even the Bible gives us “the land of milk and honey” and the Ramadan fast is traditionally broken with milk and dates.
So, we stick with history and leave our fresh milk range as untouched as possible. All we do is pasteurise it, to kill the germs, homogenise it, to make sure you get a consistent product with all the cream blended throughout it and for some types we take a bit or all off the fat out, so you still get all the great nutrients but just a little less fat.
We produce Whole Milk, Semi Skimmed Milk, 1% Milk and Skimmed Milk.
